B’ Elite Player Development SC is excited to announce the addition of Ronnie Kolbinger to the coaching staff. Ronnie has and is working with various clubs and some top high school programs both as a coach and conditioning director. He is going to bring many years of experience, especially to the small sided teams of B’ Elite with his focus on development.

Ronnie’s primary role will be assisting with training and games with the small sided teams on a consistent basis. While rotating with the older full-sided teams depending on what games/schedule is for these teams on a weekly basis.

I personally could not ask for a better person, trainer and coach to accept a position with B’ Elite PD SC after an extensive search and interview process.

Ronnie started as a player when he was 7 years old for Thistle F.C. in Kearny NJ. After his club soccer days, he continued to play for Kearny High School receiving All-County and All-State honors and selected captain his senior year.

After high school, Ronny would go on to play for Kean University and later finishing up at Bloomfield College.

 After finishing his collegiate soccer, Ronnie began to introduce himself back to the coaching side of the game. He went back to the club that started his career, Thistle FC in Kearny.

He is also named as the “Youth Technical Director” for Thistle FC as of 2018

His coaching/training experience extends past soccer and into the field of sports performance training. For 3 years he was a trainer at the Parisi Speed School where he was a big part of assisting many athletes in improving their performance within their sport.

Ronnie worked his way up to becoming Assistant Director paving the way for him to now own The Sports Performance Training Company, First Step Athletics of New Jersey. This is where he continues to help and enhance soccer players/ athlete’s performance.
